A New Beginning

THROWBACK!   This episode was recorded over a year ago.  When we first met Kemi she was deciding between starting a kid's TV show and moving forward with another venture, Afrobeat Fit.

Her heart told her to go with Afrobeat Fit.   Afrobeat Fit consist of Sweat Sessions where movement and music derive from the great artists and influencers of West Africa.
